Who am I?

I was born on the 2nd of November 1968 in Blida / Lebanon. I spent only six
years of my life in Lebanon. From 1975 till 1996 I lived in Germany in my
beloved city Berlin. I visited school there and I studied Electrical Engineering
at the Technical University of Berlin.

From August 1996 till August 2000 I was a Graduate student in Semiconductor Electronics
at the Faculty of Engineering of the CAU of Kiel. I was active in the development of
CMOS OEICs for a Digital Video Disk System.

From September 2000 till August 2001 I was an Academic Councillor at the Faculty of Engineering
of the CAU of Kiel. I was active in the development of BiCMOS OEICs for a Digital Video Disk System.

From May 2002 till February 2005 I worked at the Philips Semiconductors Innovation
Center in Böblingen/Germany as a development engineer.

From March 2005 till January 2017 I was working at ZMD in Filderstadt-Bernhausen/Germany (later IDT)
as a design engineer. My main topics were integrated mixed-signal
circuits for automotive applications.

Since February 2017 I am working at Advantest Europe GmbH in Böblingen/Germany
as a project manager in HW RnD. My main topics are integrated mixed-signal
circuits for ATE (Automatic Test Equipment).

My hobbies are playing the piano (well I'm trying to learn it), sports
(soccer), and music (I like soul, Arabic music and sometimes Classic
music and I am an enthusiastic hobby DJ).

One of my greatest dreams is to see the earth from outer space. I think in the near future
(in 20 years maybe) it will be possible to spend a weekend in the outer space.
